ATV Operation Laws Options

CVC 38503: If you are operating a ATV and are under Age 18, You must have one of the following:
1) Current enrollment in ATV Class
2) Completiong on ATV Class w/cert.
3) Direct supervision by an adult guardian w/cert.
CVC 38504: Under Age 14 - No ATV operation w/out direct supervision of parent, guardian w/ATV cert.

Contact phone number for the ATV Safety institute 1-800-887-2887 to make an appointment/reserve your spot in the class. Classes get taught twice a month at Metcalf. Call then to get times and dates.

Hollister and Metcalf Parks are stictly enforcing this law due to a drastic increase in serious ATV accidents the last couple of years.
